Special meals for Prison Inmates today

COLOMBO (News 1st): The Department of Prisons has taken steps to provide inmates with a special meal for the New Year. Steps have been taken to provide Milk Rice for breakfast and Vegetable Rice for lunch today (Jan. 1), Prisons Spokesperson and Commissioner, Chandana Ekanayake told News 1st. The Prisons Department said this program is being implemented in all prisons across the island today.
