Walsapugala satyagraha continues for 10th consecutive day

COLOMBO (News 1st); The Satyagraha launched by farmers in Walsapugala continued for the 10th day, on Thursday (30).
Farmers of 86 associations, including the Walawa Left Bank United Farmers Organization commenced staging a Satyagraha on 21st December.
The satyagraha is being staged demanding the Government to implement the gazette on the Managed Wild Elephant Reserve in the area.
