Two Kotadeniyawa boys missing since November

Homicide & Organized Crimes Division takes over missing boys case

COLOMBO (News 1st); Two boys from Kotadeniyawa have been missing for over a month.

Sri Lanka Police said as detectives and search teams are yet to locate the whereabouts of the boys, the investigations were handed over to the Homicide and Organized Crimes Investigations Bureau of the Criminal Investigations Department.

The two boys are missing since the 23rd of November 2021.

The images of the two boys aged 12 and 10 years, were released for publication by Sri Lanka Police.

Details of the missing children are as follow:

1. Name: Dissanayake Mudiyanselage Kaveesha Sandakelum

Age: 10

Description: 4 feet in height, Tan, Short hair and is missing two teeth.

He was last seen wearing a Blue Color T-Shirt and a Black short

2. Name: Jayasekera Mudalige Akila Deduni

Age: 12

Description: 4 feet and 10 inches in height, Tan, Short Hair

Last seen wearing a Blue Collar T-Shirt and a Red Short.
