CPC subsidiary for the development of the Trincomalee oil tank farm established

COLOMBO (News 1st) ; Sri Lanka’s Energy Minister Udaya Gammanpila said that a subsidiary company of the Ceylon Petroleum Corporation (CPC) was set up with regard to the development of the Trincomalee oil tank farm.

Gammanpila earlier said that this subsidiary will be named the Trinco Petroleum Terminal Ltd.

In a month’s time, Sri Lanka will ink the long-dragging deal with India to jointly develop the Trincomalee oil tank farms, Sri Lanka’s Energy Minister Udaya Gammanpila had told India’s The Hindu.
