Bohra Leader meets President & PM

COLOMBO (News 1st); The Leader of the Bohra community, Dr. Seyedina Mufaddal Saifuddin Saheb, called on President Gotabaya Rajapaksa and Prime Minister Mahinda Rajapaksa on Saturday (11).

The Bohra Community Leader stated that he was happy to be in Sri Lanka as a country he loved so much and would continue to do so with his followers.

The Presidential Media Unit said that he commended the Government's COVID-19 progress vaccination and hoped for further development of Sri Lanka as a country.

President Rajapaksa thanked the Bohra Community Leader for his contribution to the COVID-19 Itukama Fund and appreciated the contribution of the Community to the Sri Lankan economy through investment and trade.

Moreover, the Prime Minister also met with the Bohra Leader, and PM Rajapaksa extended his gratitude to the Bohra community for actively contributing to the upliftment of the economy of Sri Lanka.
