Sialkot lynching: Six more key suspects arrested

COLOMBO (News 1st); Punjab Police says that they have arrested six more main suspects involved in the Sialkot incident, within the last 12 hours.

The suspects were arrested after analyzing CCTV footage and mobile calls data.

Punjab Police further stated that the accused were found hiding in houses of their friends and relatives.

Furthermore, the Punjab Police also said that the process of interrogating the detainees and identifying those involved in the violence is underway, and the Chief Minister of Punjab, Sardar Usman Bazdar and IG of Punjab are personally overseeing the entire investigation process.

The suspects were seen being presented before the Civil Court in Sialkot today (05).
