COLOMBO (News 1st); It is reported that a man who was arrested on alcohol-related charges had died under suspicious circumstances while in Police Custody in Akmeemana.

The 45-year-old suspect was arrested two days ago, said Police adding that he was found dead inside the cell on Friday (3) morning.

The post-mortem examination will take place a the Karapitiuya Hospital.
