COLOMBO (News 1st); The curses of the people will come after the Government, said SJB MP Kumara Welgama, speaking at the Parliament today (19). Further, he went on to note that there are much qualified Ministers in the Government who are being sidelined. Recalling the era of the former Governments and MPs, Welgama questioned to why a person who can control only a section of the Armed forces was put in charge of ruling the entire country. "What if the next President that we get turns out to be a person cut out of the same mould? What if that person also surrounds himself with his own family?
