COLOMBO (News 1st); Sri Lanka’s Health Minister Keheliya Rambukwella said no one will be allowed to organize any protest which involve mass gatherings.

“The gazette clearly mentions that there is a temporary suspension on meetings, gatherings, etc,” said the Health Minister on Monday (15), ahead of the Samagi Jana Balavegaya’s planned protest in Colombo on Tuesday (16).

He said that the Health Ministry cannot agree with actions that are aimed at achieving narrow objectives.
