Landslide warnings issued for several Districts

COLOMBO (News 1st); The Disaster Management Center has issued a landslide early warning to several divisional secretariats in Kalutara, Kandy, Kegalle, Kurunegala, Matale, Nuwara Eliya and Ratnapura,

Accordingly, the Divisional Secretariats of Dehiowita, Aranayaka, Rambukkana, Ruwanwella, Deraniyagala, Galigamuwa, Mawanella and Yatiyanthota in Kegalle District have been issued level 2 warnings, while Alawwa and Rideegama Divisional Secretariats of Kurunegala District has been issued a warning.

In addition, the Divisional Secretariats of Ayagama, Ratnapura, Kalawana and Eheliyagoda in Ratnapura District had also been issued a level 2 warning.
