People must be patient, as Patience is a virtue : Piyal Nishantha

COLOMBO (News 1st); The people must remain patient and give the Government some time to recover from the present COVID-19 situation, said State Minister Piyal Nishantha.

Speaking at an event held in Kalutara today (05), State Minister Nishantha commenting on the current situation in the country, emphasized that it is not a situation that is only unique to Sri Lanka.

Pointing out that even economies of developed nations have also collapsed, and that COVID-19 has put the world economy in dire straits, the State Minister said that the people of Sri Lanka should remain patient, as it is a virtue, to bring the country out of the current COVID-19 situation.
