Vehicle Number Plates via Express Courier Service

COLOMBO (News 1st): A decision has been reached to send vehicle number plates and the relevant documents to owners via the Speed Post System or the Express Courier Service, the State Ministry of Vehicle Regulation said. This decision was reached after identifying certain problems in the process of using ordinary mail, Dilum Amunugama, the State Minister of Vehicle Regulation, Bus Transport Services and Train Compartments and Motor Car Industry told News 1st on Tuesday (Oct. 19).
