Mahindananda spews lies without concern: MP Rohana Bandara

COLOMBO (News 1st); Minister Mahindananda Aluthgamage spews many lies without concern about how they affect the country, SJB MP Rohana Bandara says. Speaking to media today (17), the MP alleged that although the Government claims the reason to impose a ban on chemical fertilizer is kidney diseases, the real reason is the shortage of dollars in the country. "Now they have brought down Potassium Chloride, which is a non-organic fertilizer. And the Government says that it is organic fertilizer," The MP said. If the Government can lie to the people like that, they can definitely import more chemical fertilizer and simply call it organic, and give it to the farmers, he added.
