COLOMBO (News 1st); Flour and Cement prices have also been increased following the lifting of the Control Price.

Accordingly, Serendib Flour Mills and Prima Ceylon (Private) Limited have decided to increase the price of a kilogram of wheat flour by Rs. 10/- with effect from today.

In addition, the price of a pack of Sanstha Cement has been increased to Rs. 1,098/- and the previous price was Rs. 1,005/-.

Litro gas has increased its product prices with effect from midnight on Sunday (10).

12.5 Kg – Rs. 2,750 (Previous Price was Rs. 1,493/-)

5 Kg – Rs. 1,101/- (Previous Price was Rs. 598/-)

2.5 Kg – Rs. 520 (Previous Price was Rs. 289/-)

Laugfs Gas had also decided to increase its domestic gas cylinder prices with effect from 11th October 2021, for the Colombo District.

12.5 Kg – Rs. 2,840/-

5 Kg – Rs. 1,136/-
