COLOMBO (News 1st): The Ministry of Health has issued a circular emphasizing the specific underlying conditions under which children between ages 12 - 19 should be vaccinated. Accordingly, the Ministry has given 14 categories of co-morbidities that children could possess, which may enable them to obtain the vaccine.
