COLOMBO (News 1st); Sri Lanka’s COVID-19 Prevention Committee has decided to draw up a comprehensive plan regarding the health guidelines and restrictions that need to be imposed when the country is re-opened after the quarantine curfew is lifted.
The President’s Media Division said the three-phase plan will detail recommendations by the health experts with respect to the operations of the pubic sector mechanism, public transport, and private sector services.
Minister of Indigenous Medicine Promotion, Rural and Ayurveda Hospitals Development Sisira Jayakoday had noted that measures have been taken to provide an Indigenous Medicine Box to all homes in Sri Lanka, free of charge, and Rs. 6 billion was allocated for this purpose.
