Request to impose a lockdown was not a conspiracy - Prof. Tissa Vitharana

COLOMBO (News 1st): Former Minister Prof. Tissa Vitarana, the General Secretary of the Sri Lanka Sama Samaja Party says that the party itself discussed on the matter of imposing a lockdown, before directing a letter to the President requesting a lockdown. He said that the SLFP was also invited to the discussion but they were not present.
