COLOMBO (News 1st); The People’s Liberation Army of China will provide 300,000 doses of Sinopharm for Sri Lankan Armed Forces.

The consignment will reach Sri Lanka on 28th August, said Army Commander General Shavendra Silva on Wednesday (25)
