Principals, Teachers & non-academic staff to get COVID vaccine next week

COLOMBO (News 1st); Sri Lanka will commence administering the COVID-19 vaccine to all school principals, teachers, and non-academic staff from 12th July 2021.

'The inoculation process will be completed within a week,' said Education Minister (Professor) G. L Peiris.

Teachers who will be given the vaccine will be identified by a committee lead by the principal, he said.
