Colombo (News 1st); Sri Lanka Police Headquarters on Tuesday (06) announced that meetings and protests where people assemble in large numbers should not be organized until further notice.

In a statement, Sri Lanka Police said there is a high risk of COVID-19 spreading in the country via public meetings, protests, and related activities, where participation is high.
