COLOMBO (News 1st); The JVP claims the constitution was amended on behalf of one person.

‘In recent times we witnessed calls to abolish any attempt paving the way for a dual citizen to enter parliament,’ said MP Vijith Herath noting that despite objections the constitution was changed for the benefit of one person.

He said it is a very serious matter when public legislation is being changed for the benefit of one person.
