COLOMBO (News 1st); Two people have died and three people are reported missing following landslides in Mawanella and Warakapola.

Sri Lanka Police said a family of four were buried alive following a landslide in the Dewanagala Mountain in Mawanella.

One person was reported dead and three others are missing.

In addition, one person died in a landslide that occurred in the Algama Mountain in Warapola.
