COLOMBO (News 1st); Sri Lanka Police arrested 07 more people who had attended a birthday party at a star class hotel in Colombo, by violating the quarantine laws.

‘The party was on the 30th of May and on the 31st of May Sri Lanka Police arrested Pageant Organizer Chandimal Jayasinghe and actress/model Piumi Hansamali,” said the Police Spokesperson.

Borth Jayasinghe and Hansamali were released by the court on the day of the arrest on personal bails.

On Tuesday (01) Fort Police arrested 06 people who attended the party.

In total 13 people will be produced to the Hultsdorf Magistrate’s Court on Wednesday (02), said the Police Spokesperson.
