COLOMBO (News 1st); Sri Lanka’s Disaster Management Center issued a Level 01 Landslide Early Warning Alert for multiple areas in the Ratnapura District on Sunday (09), following heavy rainfall experienced in the district.

The warning is in effect for: Eheliyagoda, Kuruwita, Kiriella, Ratnapura, Elapatha, Balangoda, Imbulpe, Weligepola and Openayake
