Schools in 04 Education Zones of Eastern Province closed

COLOMBO (News 1st): Schools in four Education Zones in the Trincomalee district will be closed until Friday (Apr. 30), Anuradha Yahampath, the Governor of the Eastern Province confirmed to News 1st on Tuesday afternoon (Apr. 27). Accordingly, all schools in the Kantale Education Zone and the Trincomalee Education Zone in the Trincomalee District will remain closed until Friday (Apr. 30). Moreover, all schools in the Ampara Education Zone and Maha-Oya Education Zone of the Eastern Province will also remain closed until Friday (Apr. 30).
