COLOMBO (News 1st): Two people were injured following an explosion in Gokarella, Kurunegala on Saturday (24), said Police Spokesperson DIG Ajith Rohana.

According to statements, the incident had taken place when the duo were preparing a device for fireworks, said the DIG.

“Scene of Crime Officers, Police K-9 Unit, the government analyst and STF experts visited the site to gather evidence,” said the Police Spokesperson.
