One dead after drinking from bottle floating on the sea

COLOMBO (News1st): The body of a man who died after consuming the content of a bottle floating on the sea in Nagar Kovil in Vadamarachchi East in Jaffna was handed over to his relatives after an autopsy. The man who died last Friday was identified as a father of three from Nagar Kovil East. According to the investigation, several people in the area are reported to have drunk from this bottle that was found floating in the sea last Friday. Point Pedro Police said the individuals involved in this incident were called to testify and undergo medical tests. Further investigations into the incident are currently underway by the Point Pedro Police.
