CID probing substandard coconut oil issue

Colombo (News 1st); On the Attorney General’s directions, the Director of the Criminal Investigations Department appointed a special team of officers to conduct investigations into the Substandard Coconut Oil issue.

State Counsel Nishara Jayaratne, the Coordinating Officer to the Attorney General said the special team will be led by an Assistant Superintendent of Police.
