Special security plan ahead of Easter Sunday - Police

Colombo (News 1st);  Sri Lanka Police said a special security plan will be in place at churches across the country ahead of Easter Sunday.

Police Spokesperson DIG Ajith Rohana speaking to News 1st said all police stations have been instructed to implement special security plans in consultation with the relevant church administration. "If assistance is required from the Police Special Task Force and the Three-Armed Forces, Police Headquarters should be informed of the matter," said the Police Spokesperson.
