COLOMBO (News 1st): All tuition classes, lectures, seminars and other activities pertaining to the 2020 GCE Ordinary Level Examination will be banned from midnight on 23rd February until the exam concludes, the Department of Examinations said on Tuesday (Feb. 16).
The 2020 GCE O/L Exam, postponed due to the COVID-19 pandemic is scheduled to begin on 1st March this year.
The Examinations Department further noted that printing and distribution of questionnaires, and sharing posters, banners, brochures through print media and digital media will also be banned from 23rd February.
Issuing a communique, the Department of Examinations, emphasized that strict legal action will be instituted against those who violate these regulations.
