Police warns locals without face masks

COLOMBO (News1st): The police on Monday launched an operation to identify individuals who were not wearing masks in line with quarantine regulations. The operation was launched under the supervision of Samarakoon Banda, the Senior Superintendent of Police in charge of the Colombo Central Division. People who had failed to wear face masks were warned to act responsibly to assist efforts in curbing the spread of COVID-19 in the country.
