Colombo (News 1st); Sri Lanka Railways announced it will resume office train operations in the morning and evening from Monday (09).
However, these trains will not stop at any railway station positioned in isolated areas along the respective routers.
Trains will operate adhering to strict health protocols, said Sri Lanka Railways.
Trains will not stop at the following railway stations :
Main Railway Line | Dematagoda Sub-Station Horape Sud-Station Kelaniya Railway Station Ragama Railway Station Wanawasala Sub-Station Walpola Sub-Station Enderamulla Sub-Station Baduwatte Sub-Station |
Puttlam Railway Line | Peralanda Sub-Station Kurana Railway Station Ja-Ela Railway Station Negombo Railway Station Thudella Sub-Station Kattuwa Sub-Station Kudahakapola Sub-Station |
Coastal Railway Line | Panadura Railway Station Pinwatte Sub-Station |
Kelaniveli Railway Line | Baseline Railway Station Cotta Road Sub-Station |
Northern Railway Line | Kurunegala Railway Station Muttettugala Sub-Station |
