COLOMBO (News1st): Former president Maithripala Sirisena has said he does not accept the report of the parliamentary select committee that investigated last year's April 21st attacks. "If the committee has made any recommendations about me, I'm not willing to accept that," the former president said at the presidential commission probing the bombings on Saturday. He claimed that the committee members and the prime minister who set-up the committee had severe animosity towards him at that time. Sirisena also denied that he was informed about the intelligence warnings of the attack during telephone conversations with the director of the State Intelligence Service between April 1 and 21 last year.
