Court of Appeal rejects Riyad Bathiudeen's petition

Riyad Bathiudeen is the brother of Ex-Minister Rishad Bathiudeen.

Justices of the Court of Appeal Mahinda Samayawardena and Arjuna Obeysekera determined there was insufficient material produced by the petitioner in order to provide the relief requested, to issue notice on the respondents, and to continue with the matter.

Therefore, the petition filed by Riyad Bathiudeen was rejected.
