Two underworld criminals arrested for conspiring to commit murder

Colombo (News 1st); Two underworld criminals were arrested along with a T-56 Assault Rifle when they were preparing to commit murder.
The arrests were made by the Peliyagoda Division Crimes Investigations Bureau.
One of the suspects identified as 'Yakada Ajith' was arrested in Katana for the possession of the T-56 Assault Rifle, 13 Bullets and a Magazine.
The motorcycle get-away rider was arrested thereafter.
Sri Lanka Police said the suspects were close associates of an underworld criminal known as 'Angulane Roha'.
