Total COVID-19 cases rise to 2,841

COLOMBO(News 1st): Two more COVID-19 cases were identified yesterday increasing the total number of cases in the country to 2,841. The two patients were quarantined returnees who had arrived in the country from Saudi Arabia, the Government Information Department stated. The number of patients currently being treated for the coronavirus in Sri Lankan stands at 254. Meanwhile, another 12 COVID-19 patients recovered today, increasing the number of COVID-19 patients who have fully recovered in the country to 2,576.
