Sajith pledges to reimburse electricity bill payments

COLOMBO (News1st): Sajith Premadasa, leader of the Samagi Jana Balawegaya (SJB), has pledged to reimburse electricity bill payments paid for March and April if his camp wins the parliamentary election. During a rally in Mattakkuliya on Sunday, Premadasa said, he would resolve the housing deed issues of the residents in the area. "As the son of Ranasinghe Premadasa, I wish to say that the problems relating to deeds would be solved definitely," the SJB leader remarked. He also promised to slash fuel prices soon after winning the poll, and provide a monthly allowance of Rs 20,000 for low income earning families.
