Dayasiri Jayasekera proposes for election to be held before 25th July

Colombo (News 1st); General Secretary of the Sri Lanka Freedom Party Dayasiri Jayasekera said the 2020 Parliamentary Election should be held as soon as possible.
Jayasekara proposed for the election to be held before the 25th of July as postal voting concludes on the 19th of July.
He said delaying elections will only force candidates to canvass more, and if a candidate contracts COVID-19, thousands will have to be placed in quarantine.
