Two intelligence personnel in critical condition after motor accident

Colombo (News 1st); Two people are in the intensive care unit at the National Hospital following an accident that occurred at the Thummulla junction in Bambalapitiya on Thursday night. The accident was a result of a collision between a defender and a motorcycle. The two people traveling on the motorcycle were identified as members of the state intelligence service and both are in critical condition. Police Spokesperson SP Jaliya Senaratne said the driver of the defender, a 24-year old law student was arrested and investigations are underway.
