Showers forecast in Western, Sabaragamuwa, Central and North-Western provinces

Showers will occur at several places in Western, Sabaragamuwa, Central and North-western provinces and Galle and Matara districts. According to the Department of Meteorology showers or thundershowers may occur at a few places in Uva province after 02.00 pm on Saturday (May 23) The Department predicts wind speed to increase up to 40 kmph at times over the island.
