COLOMBO (News1st): The curfew in the districts of Kalutara and Puttalam will also be lifted starting from Monday, the president’s office said in a statement.

Accordingly, curfew will be lifted in a total of 23 districts from 5 am to 8 pm daily from Monday.

However, the curfew in the districts of Colombo and Gampaha, which are among the high-risk zones for the spread of COVID-19, will continue to be in effect until further notice.

State and private sectors will resume operations from tomorrow even during the curfew.
