COVID-19 cases in Sri Lanka increases to 760

09 people tested positive for coronavirus in Sri Lanka on Tuesday

Colombo (News 1st);  09 people tested positive for COVID-19 so far today, said Director General of Health Services Dr. Anil Jasinghe.

These cases are one each from Kolonnawa, Colombo 15, Rajagiriya, and the Kandakadu Quarantine Facility.

The other 04 COVID-19 patients are sailors attached to the Sri Lanka Navy.

Accordingly, the total number of confirmed COVID-19 cases in Sri Lanka increased to 760.

At the same time, 213 people were discharged from hospital following a complete recovery.

According to a statement from the Government Information Department, 986 PCR tests were conducted on Monday.
