Hotline launched to file complaints over essential services

COLOMBO (News1st): The government on Monday introduced a hotline for the public to submit complaints on difficulties in receiving essential services. The Presidential Task Force on essential services had set-up an operation centre on March 28 to coordinate and follow up on providing essential services. In a statement, the task force noted that the operation centre will take necessary action to deal with problems in providing services to the public. Accordingly, the general public can file complaints on receiving essential services through these contact details;
