COLOMBO (News 1st):- A special hotline has been introduced to provide the pension payment to all pensioners who did not receive the payment, through the Postal Department.

Post-Master General Ranjith Ariyaratne states that the hotline is 1950. Through the program used to distribute the pension to senior citizens both yesterday and the day before, 95% of pensioners were paid their dues.

He further said that certain people were not made their pension payments since the relevant addresses were unavailable. Pensioners will be granted the opportunity to get their payments on the 6th of this month.
