Proposals to Combat COVID-19 presented to Health Minister

A team of specialist doctors handed over a document containing a series of proposals to combat COVID-19. The document of seven proposals handed over to the Health Minister highlighted the need to follow safety guidelines in treating any person with a cold and cough until confirmed if they carry COVID-19. In addition, it calls on to further expand COVID-19 testing, direct all patients with a cold to a separate ward and implement a more streamlined process to provide safety equipment to the medical staff. They also called on the Health Minister to initiate steps to introduce a special insurance scheme for all medical staff treating COVID-19 patients.
