COLOMBO (News 1st): The employees of the Horana Investment Zone were sent home today (March 29).

Close to 100 employees of the Horana Investment Zone were unable to return home because of the curfew that was imposed a few days ago.

Facilities were provided by the officers of the Horana Investment Zone, Army and the CTB for the employees to return home safely. The group was examined by the Army Medical Corps Officers before returning to their homes.

According to our correspondent, the buses were given military protection.
