GoSL decides to restrict the movement surrounding prisons in SL

  The President's Media Division said the Government decided to restrict the movement of the public surrounding prisons across the country due to growing concerns of COVID-19. However, it adds, all necessary measures are in place for banking, trade and commercial activities to take place as normal without any issue. As per the directive of the President, the Task Force to Combat COVID-19 was set up in Rajagiriya. The Government expects the General Public to understand the situation properly and support the governments efforts to combat COVID-19.
