4 independent groups place bonds for General Election

Colombo (News 1st) - The National Elections Commission noted that 4 independent groups have placed their bonds to contest the upcoming General Election. Commissioner General Saman Sri Rathnayake noted that 3 independent groups place their bonds for the Wanni district while 1 independent group placed their bonds for the Jaffna district. The acceptance of bonds for the general election will continue till noon on the 19th of this month.
