COLOMBO (News 1st):- Prime Minister Mahinda Rajapaksa who is currently on an official tour in India, has joined his Indian counterpart Narendra Modi for a joint media briefing.
Prime Minister Mahinda Rajapaksa left for India on a four-day official trip yesterday (February 7) in response to an invite made by Narendra Modi.
This morning, the Prime Minister met with the Indian foreign affairs Minister Subrahmanyam Jaishankar for a discussion. He is also due to meet the Indian President Ramnath Kovind this evening (February 8) for another discussion.
