President Rajapaksa hosts SriLankan crew that flew to Wuhan

Colombo (News 1st) - The crew that rescued Sri Lankan Students from Wuhan met with President Gotabaya Rajapaksa this morning. According to the President's media division the crew joined a luncheon hosted by the President at the Presidential Secretariat today. President Rajapaksa said the commitment and courage exhibited by the entire group is a good example for the other sectors in the country. He added that everyone worked towards a single objective and that the risk taken by them is a historic milestone in the annals of SriLankan Airlines. The President pledged his unwavering support to develop the national carrier on par with other international airlines while preserving our uniqueness.
